Nushan Falatoonzadeh, Esq. is a California-licensed attorney with experience in personal injury and real estate law. She earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton, graduated from Western State College of Law in Irvine, and passed the California Bar Exam in 2025. Before founding Zadeh Law Firm, Nushan gained hands-on experience representing injured clients, communicating directly with them throughout their cases, negotiating with insurance companies, and working toward fair resolutions on their behalf.
That experience also showed her what she wanted to do differently.
Nushan founded Zadeh Law Firm because she wanted to create a more personal approach to personal injury cases. She wanted clients to know who was handling their case, to feel comfortable asking questions, and to receive regular updates instead of feeling like just another file in a large office.
At Zadeh Law Firm, clients receive direct attention and their cases are reviewed throughout the process. Nushan takes the time to understand not only the injury itself, but how it has affected a client’s work, finances, family, and everyday life. Her goal is to make sure each case is properly developed, each client feels heard, and every reasonable opportunity for recovery is considered.
